隐私政策
一、引言
「小羊防迷」（VideoGuard，以下简称「本扩展」或「我们」）是一款供家长在桌面浏览器中管理子女上网行为的扩展程序。我们重视您的隐私，本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用、与谁共享，以及您享有的权利。
本扩展不是监视工具：孩子的浏览记录、访问网址、搜索关键词及家长管控规则默认仅存于本机，不上传至我们的服务器。我们仅收集实现设备授权、会员验证及订单联系所必需的最少信息。
二、我们收集的信息

三、我们如何使用信息
- 验证本机试用与会员状态；
- 处理订单、优惠券与激活码；
- 在家长主动填写时，用于订单通知与密码找回；
- 检测异常滥用（如违反一机一户、账户共用，见下文第七节）；
- 履行法律法规要求。
我们不会将您的数据用于定向广告、用户画像出售，或向数据经纪人转让个人数据。
四、扩展权限说明
为实现家长管控功能，本扩展申请以下权限，且仅用于所述目的：
- 访问所有网站（host_permissions）：在本地判断网址与页面内容，执行黑名单/白名单、关键词过滤与视频网站播放管控；不向服务器上传浏览 URL。
- declarativeNetRequest：在本地拦截或重定向不符合家长规则的请求。
- storage / unlimitedStorage：在本地保存家长规则、计时数据与许可缓存。
- tabs / windows / scripting / webNavigation：在本地实施时段锁定、无痕窗口拦截、注入管理面板与内容脚本。
- system.display：读取主显示器分辨率以生成稳定的本机设备标识（device_id）。
- alarms：本地定时检查上网时长与许可状态。
- contextMenus：管理模式下通过右键添加过滤或视频白名单规则。
五、信息共享与第三方服务
除以下情形外，我们不出售、出租或对外共享您的个人数据：
- 支付服务：PayPal、支付宝等支付机构处理付款；我们仅接收支付结果通知，不存储您的完整银行卡号或支付密码。
- 验证码服务：找回管理密码时，可能通过腾讯云短信/邮件服务向您填写的手机或邮箱发送验证码。
- 基础设施：服务器与数据库托管于我们控制的云主机，用于 API 服务（如
chrome.no-game.cn）。 - 法律要求：应司法机关或监管部门的合法要求。
六、数据存储、安全与保留
- 客户端与服务器之间的传输使用 HTTPS（TLS） 加密。
- 管理密码仅以哈希形式存储；我们不收集孩子的姓名、精确地理位置或学校信息。
- 设备与订单数据在账户有效期间保留；家长可申请删除可选联系方式，会员记录依法务/税务要求可能保留必要期限。
- 本地扩展数据可由家长通过卸载扩展或清除扩展数据删除；家长规则可先导出 JSON 备份。
七、账户与授权使用规范（重要）
用户须妥善保管本机设备授权、管理密码及所填写的联系方式，不得将账户信息、会员资格、设备授权或验证码向他人泄露、转让、出借或与他人共用。
本服务采用一机一户模式：会员与试用绑定本机 device_id，不得通过共享账户信息、共享配置文件等方式在非授权设备上规避授权。
一经发现异常共用、恶意滥用、批量共享账户信息或违反上述规则，我们有权暂停或终止相关设备的会员验证与服务使用（包括禁止继续使用会员功能），且不予退款（法律法规另有规定的除外）。
八、儿童隐私
本扩展供家长安装并配置，用于管理子女使用浏览器的行为。我们不面向儿童直接收集可识别个人身份的信息，也不要求儿童注册账户。请家长告知子女本扩展的存在，并以信任与沟通方式使用。
九、您的权利
根据适用法律，您可：
- 在扩展内查看、修改或删除自愿填写的联系方式；
- 通过 rita@stellarorigin.cn 申请查询、更正或删除与我们服务器相关的个人数据；
- 停止使用并卸载扩展；卸载后本地数据将被清除（请先导出 JSON 备份家长规则）。
十、政策更新
我们可能适时更新本政策，并在本页面公布新版生效日期。重大变更时，我们将在扩展或官网提示。继续使用本扩展即表示您接受更新后的政策。

本扩展对信息的收集与使用遵守 Chrome Web Store 用户数据政策，包括有限使用（Limited Use）要求：除为实现扩展面向用户的核心家长管控功能所必需外，不会将用户信息用于无关目的；不出售用户数据；不向数据经纪人提供用户数据；不将用户个人数据用于个性化广告。
1. Introduction
Sheep Guard (VideoGuard, “the Extension,” “we,” or “us”) is a browser extension for parents to manage children’s desktop browsing. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.
The Extension is not spyware. Browsing history, visited URLs, search terms, and parental control rules stay on your device by default and are not uploaded to our servers. We collect only the minimum data needed for device licensing, membership verification, and order contact.

3. How We Use Information
- Verify trial and membership on this device;
- Process orders, coupons, and license keys;
- Send notifications and recovery codes when you provide contact info;
- Detect abuse (e.g. account sharing; see Section 7);
- Comply with applicable law.
We do not use your data for targeted ads, sell personal data, or transfer it to data brokers.
4. Permissions
Permissions are used solely for parental control features described in the store listing:
- Access all websites — local URL/content checks for filtering and video controls; URLs are not uploaded.
- declarativeNetRequest — local request blocking/redirecting.
- storage — local rules, timers, license cache.
- tabs / windows / scripting / webNavigation — time locks, incognito blocking, management UI.
- system.display — display info for stable device_id generation.
- alarms / contextMenus — local scheduling and right-click rule management.
5. Sharing & Third Parties
- Payment processors (PayPal, Alipay, etc.) — we receive payment status only.
- Verification delivery (e.g. Tencent SMS/email) — for password recovery codes you request.
- Hosting — API servers we operate (e.g. chrome.no-game.cn).
- Legal obligations — when required by law.
6. Security & Retention
- All API traffic uses HTTPS (TLS).
- Passwords are stored as hashes only; we do not collect children’s names or precise location.
- Server data is retained while the device relationship is active; you may request deletion of optional contact fields.
7. Account & License Use (Important)
You must keep your device license, management password, and contact information confidential. You may not leak, transfer, lend, or share account information, membership, device authorization, or verification codes with others.
Service is one license per device (device_id). Sharing account details or configuration files to circumvent licensing is prohibited.
If we detect sharing, abuse, or violations, we may suspend or terminate membership verification and service access for the affected device(s), without refund except where required by law.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Extension is installed and configured by parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children or require child accounts.
9. Your Rights
- Update or remove optional contact info in the Extension;
- Contact rita@stellarorigin.cn to access, correct, or delete server-held personal data;
- Uninstall the Extension to remove local data (export JSON rules first).
10. Changes
We may update this policy and post the new effective date on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

The Extension’s collection and use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use user data for purposes unrelated to the Extension’s single purpose of parental browser management; we do not sell user data; we do not use it for personalized advertising; we do not transfer it to data brokers.
